Hunt Valley Drive

Services

Any trip, any distance, starting anywhere in Maryland. Below are the ones booked most often.

Airport transfers

The bulk of what we do. Pickups and drop-offs at BWI Marshall, Reagan National and Dulles, with the permits required to collect passengers curbside rather than making them walk to a rideshare lot with their luggage.

Flights are checked before departure. If a plane lands early there is no penalty for it, and if a plane lands three hours late the car is still there. For arrivals, tell us the flight number when booking and the rest is handled.

Corporate and business travel

Client pickups, roadshows, conference runs and executive transport around Baltimore and Washington. Quiet car, no conversation unless you want one, and a driver who does not need directions to K Street.

Weddings and events

Getting a wedding party to the venue, a birthday group to dinner in Fells Point, or guests to a gala. Six seats means most groups fit in a single vehicle with no convoy to coordinate.

Long-distance trips

New York, Philadelphia, Richmond, Ocean City — anywhere a car can reach. For long journeys a private SUV is usually more comfortable and often cheaper than flights and connections for a group.

Point-to-point and hourly

A ride across town, a hospital appointment with the car waiting, a shopping day with several stops. Booked either as a single trip or by the hour if the schedule is open-ended.

How booking works

1. Get a price

Call, or send the trip details through the contact form. You will get a firm quote for your exact route, not an estimate that changes later.

2. Confirm the trip

Agree the pickup time and address. A card is held to secure the booking but nothing is taken from it yet. Requests for particular drinks or snacks need 24 hours' notice.

3. Pay when it suits you

The card on file is charged once the trip is finished, or you can choose to prepay in full when you book. Either way the price quoted is the price paid, unless the route changes on the day at your request.

Good to know

Child seats. Maryland law requires an appropriate restraint for children under eight. Bring your own seat, or ask when booking and one can be fitted — with at least 24 hours' notice.

Luggage. Six passengers plus luggage is comfortable. If you are six people each with a large case and skis, say so when booking so the load can be checked before the day.

Accessibility. The vehicle is a standard SUV and is not wheelchair accessible. Assistance getting in, out and with bags is always provided. Do call to talk through what you need.

Cancellations. Plans change. Cancel with reasonable notice and there is no charge — see the terms of service for the detail.
